I bought this monitor Polk speakers 70 through the numerous reviews here on Amazon and my expectations were high. After setting the pair distance of about 15 meters apart for the stereo width, I connected with 14g wire to a 335-watt Technics receiver with 15 bands. So I have the volume half way (10) and christened by cooking up The Small Faces. They have produced a full sound and strong with a small fence, but I was disappointed in high places. The silk tweeters were not as crispand concentrate of what other reviewers said. It 'was also the bass is not as close, but it was deep. I went into the depths and heights more about EQ. The centers have been nice. I demo'd acceptable for various kinds of music they performed. The sound is very good for $ 200.00, but I think the speaker needs $ 2000.00 to be completely satisfied. However, I only needed to bend a little 'break before a valid criticism, and should improve with some tweeking around. These are difficultas nearly 45 pounds each, but nice and tight, which is a plus for the space. The 16 "depth not an issue. 4 stars total! Who should receive. I can not see the 50s are nowhere near the monitor.

These speakers were exactly as advertised. They arrived before the expected date of delivery and get this, right after I ordered them, the price was about $ 20/ea and Amazon have decided to refund the difference. I've always been lucky enough to order products from Amazon and this was no exception.
The speakers are fairly large, but I knew that at the end b / 4. Furthermore, it seems very surprising to our 52 "TV. I already had a subwolfer but I do not think you really need for surround sound.Find the cheapest I could compare the data locally were twice as expensive. These speakers were a good value if you are looking for a good set of speakers under $ 500.

These speakers are great, full of sound and sharp. I have them as part of my surround sound system and, to a receiver that sends 110W speaker connected. 'm Not sure that I leave my husband every cave.

The speaker quality is excellent for the price. I was on shipping costs, after reading a lot of contributions, but through the J & R has a very good and shipping was quick and nothing really stacked up very general customer satisfaction on the quality of the product. The only thing is that I later found out that Amazon actually charging shipping costs per unit, even if you buy directly from J & R, you'll be charged only once. In any case, it is only $ 4 moreso no big.
