The Aperion tower speakers sound great when used as part of a surround sound system.
The Aperion tower speakers do not do so well as stereo speakers. They do not have a full sound and they are muddy when playing complex muscial passages. They sound OK when there is a piano or accoustic guitar, but are not good with reproducing the sound of a whole band playing.
I think the problem is that do not have a midrange driver.
The Aperion center speaker has all the same driver tower speakers and a woofer. He sounds much more full. This is a sound clean and clear and you can distinguish all the instruments. Of course, as the center speaker is not a tower, does not have the full bass. E 'due to the center speaker, surround sound system Aperion sounds so good.
